Virlo Construction is a private company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It is owned and managed by VIRGILIO S. PONGASE, IE. It started in 1980 with Contractor's License No. 5756 on August 26, 1980 for General Engineering and General Building, with PCAB category D as its roots.


Virlo Construction originally operated in Cebu at its office in Guimbal, Compostela, Cebu for 15 years until it moved to its present office in Felicitas Village, Plaridel St., Mandaue City. It has 2 equipment depot and yard for repair and maintenance of its various heavy and light equipment. Its depot is located in Pilipog, Cordova, Cebu with its own asphalt batching plant in Canamucan, Compostela, Cebu.
